Roast Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Leg quarters or full chicken: 12 pieces or 2 whole chicken (with roast cuts)
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt
  • 2 tbs Salt
  • Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 2 tbs Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbs whole spices powder
  • 1 tsp Red chili crushed
  • 5 tbs Coriander powder
  • 1 tbs cumin powder
  • 2 pinch carom seeds
  • 1/6 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1/6 tsp mace powder
  • 2 tbs Lemon juice
  • 2 tbs Cooking oil

Method

  1. Mix  all seasonings well and apply this mixture onto the chicken.Refrigerate for few hours( I marinate it over night). Now ready to cook.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
  3. Place chicken in roasting pan
  4. Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F

Serve with Mint Yogurt.
