Cheesy Stuffed Chicken Breast Recipe

There are many ways to transform a boring grilled chicken breast into a restaurant worthy dish that will help you impress all your friends and family. This recipe shows you how to make it possible adding a few ingredients to the basic ones to make chicken breasts. Don’t be shy and use your imagination while cooking because that is when you will create the most amazing dishes!
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breast, large
- 8oz of mozzarella cheese
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 spring of Rosemary
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- ½ cup of barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp of mustard
- 2 tbsp of oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Slice both the tomatoes and place them alongside in a large tray.
- Add the Rosemary, chopped garlic, salt and pepper to the tomato slices. Make sure both sides of each slice are totally covered to enhance the flavor of the dish.
- Cover the tray with some foil paper or anything else available and let them absorb the condiments for at least 30 minutes inside the refrigerator.
- Cut each of the chicken breasts half open right in the center. Yes, like if they were a sandwich.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper inside the chicken breasts.
- Fill each chicken breast with marinated tomatoes and shredded or sliced mozzarella cheese.
- In a small pot combine barbecue sauce, mustard salt and pepper. Carefully, brush the mixture on both sides of each stuffed chicken breast.
- Place a large skillet over medium heat and drizzle the two tbsp of oil all over the surface.
- When hot enough, start to cook the chicken breasts until golden on each side. Be careful when flipping them because the cheese is going to be melted and you want to keep it inside the chicken and not all over the skillet.
- Serve with your favorite sides!
