Grilled Onion Green Peppers And Potatoes

These delicious grilled onions, green peppers, and potatoes can be served in your dinner parties and family get-together.

Cooking time: 40 minutes
Ingredients:

1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges

2 medium green peppers, sliced

8 medium red potatoes, cut into wedges

5 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil
-
1 teaspoon steak seasoning
-
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
-
1 teaspoon paprika
-
¼ teaspoon salt
-
¼ teaspoon pepper
Directions:

Cut 2 pieces (about 18-inch squares) of heavy-duty aluminum foil and set aside.

Combine onion, green pepper, potato, garlic, olive oil, and seasonings in a large bowl and gently toss to coat.

Divide the vegetable mixture among 2 aluminum foil pieces and fold foil around vegetable mixture and crimp edges to seal.

Grill covered, over medium heat for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Carefully open a file to allow steam to escape.

Serve immediately.
