Grilled Onion Green Peppers And Potatoes

These delicious grilled onions, green peppers, and potatoes can be served in your dinner parties and family get-together.

Serves: 10

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Cooking time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges

  • 2 medium green peppers, sliced

  • 8 medium red potatoes, cut into wedges

  • 5 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon steak seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Directions:

  • Cut 2 pieces (about 18-inch squares) of heavy-duty aluminum foil and set aside.

  • Combine onion, green pepper, potato, garlic, olive oil, and seasonings in a large bowl and gently toss to coat.

  • Divide the vegetable mixture among 2 aluminum foil pieces and fold foil around vegetable mixture and crimp edges to seal.

  • Grill covered, over medium heat for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

  • Carefully open a file to allow steam to escape.

  • Serve immediately.
