Mixed Fresh Berries and Yogurt Pops

These tempting mixed fresh berries and yogurt pops are very easy to make, healthy, and refreshing.

 

Serves: 10

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries

  • 2 ¾ cups fat-free honey Greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup water

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 10 plastic or paper cups (3 ounces each)

  • 10 wooden pop sticks

Directions:

  • Combine berries, water, and sugar in a food processor and process until berries are finely chopped.

  • Fill each cup with about ¼ cup Greek yogurt then spoon 1 ½ tablespoon of the berry mixture into each cup.

  • Stir carefully with a pop stick to swirl.

  • Top each cup with aluminum foil.

  • Insert pop sticks through the foil.

  • Freeze for 6 to 8 hours or until firm.
