Mixed Fresh Berries and Yogurt Pops

These tempting mixed fresh berries and yogurt pops are very easy to make, healthy, and refreshing.
Serves: 10
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:

1 cup mixed fresh berries

2 ¾ cups fat-free honey Greek yogurt
-
¼ cup water
-
2 tablespoons sugar
-
10 plastic or paper cups (3 ounces each)

10 wooden pop sticks
Directions:

Combine berries, water, and sugar in a food processor and process until berries are finely chopped.

Fill each cup with about ¼ cup Greek yogurt then spoon 1 ½ tablespoon of the berry mixture into each cup.

Stir carefully with a pop stick to swirl.

Top each cup with aluminum foil.

Insert pop sticks through the foil.

Freeze for 6 to 8 hours or until firm.
